Greetings, Sisters and Brothers,
I am creating several polls here for the Great Council to vote on the following new or updated policies and procedures, which have been under discussion in-person and by phone over the past two weeks. Please take a few moments to review each poll and cast your vote, so we can implement these changes or discard them and move on. Brief comments from ADO members who are not on the Council will also be taken into consideration. To leave a comment, simply "Reply" to the Poll message.
With thanks in advance--
Three First Parts for Understanding: an eye to see what is; a heart to feel what is; and a boldness that dares to follow.

Summary of Discussion on this Proposal so far:
The primary objective is to improve our ranking with Search Engines; the secondary objective is to 'get the word out' about ADO.
We will select and publish to no more than three (3) social media sites at any one time.
Sites will be selected for visibility, and audience.
The information published will be in the form of announcements, such as ADO event announcements, and if possible, will be streamed from one social media site to another.
The ADO Webmaster/mistress will look for ways to direct posted updates from social media sites back to the ADO website.
ADO members will assist with posting to social media as they are able.
If the task becomes overwhelming, then the Webmaster/mistress has the option to suspend posts until more help becomes available. Requests for extra help should be directed to the ADO Midwife.
At present, Druids/Pagans are using social media for private meetings, and message boards for mass communication with the greater Pagan community. These boards do not work the same way as regular social media sites. The ADO Webmistress is currently researching whether these boards can be used to advertise our existence effectively. If they cannot, then 3 regular social media sites will be chosen based upon numbers of subscribers and general focus.
