I understand what you are saying, Sr Morgaine. I am not sure as a Tribe how much or what we have brought to light. though I believe that we have the desire to try and find the roots of the issues between the Brother and Sisterhood. I believe all of us have had a chance to discuss in chat possibilities and divisions in society. It feels like getting basket and filling it with odds and ends. Maybe we need a cycle for personal inward look, Druid cycle, to look better at the seeds.
I have the goal to have the Iona story ready before Samhaim. Maybe it will add to the energy to work through issues of the White Rose.

Greetings, Sr. Refthi,
I can certainly appreciate how the information we've gathered might look rather random to some, especially if one doesn't know or doesn't remember the associated Avalonian lore. But experience tells us that we never really know what we've got, or what's most important, until we've established the context (Avalonian historical events and ancestral influences) and delved deeply enough into our own minds and hearts --and occasionally, our pasts. In Dreaming, the messages that repeat are always the most important/influential, and these only become as we do more work. So I agree: we keep at it, and we keep it in sync with Cycle, and eventually, we'll come round right!
I think one thing we can do when we feel this work starting to unravel is to return to the origin point: Sr. Da'jeena's part of a previous Shared Dream to the Dragon Rider, in which we asked for help identifying the most pressing Sovereignty issues facing us as a group. Since the White Rose appeared to Sr. Da'jeena in this world, it is something manifesting now. I believe she saw a cultivated rose, which I would interpret as meaning it's an effect arising from the way people have used, defined, and/or shaped the White Rose (sacred masculine) energy. She is the only one who saw it, and if we hadn't known something of the White Rose's significance, we might have interpreted this as being her personal work. And that is certainly true, but I feel it may also indicate that she has a particular role to play in helping us address this issue as a group. Knowing the lore which surrounds the White Rose means we also know that it does have a bearing on our Group Shadow work --especially in these times.
It's important that we make a point to remember that the White Rose is not a Shadow issue, per se; it is a divine force whose misuse has created Shadow issues. So another way to go at this is to first define the nature of this divine force: the Sacred Masculine. Then once we've defined it, perhaps it will be easier to see how it was abused historically (according to our lore), how that is resonating now, and how these abuses may be resonating (or have resonated) through our thoughts, words, and deeds, past and present.
If we keep going back to the nature of the divine forces (or polarities), our lore, the origin point for the work, and the historical and current uses and abuses of these forces, eventually we will achieve clarity.

Greetings, Sisters and Brothers,
Here is the promised summary of our Samhain for your review. Hopefully, you will also post your experiences here, so that we may share both ways, despite us missing the Wednesday chat.
The day itself was packed with irritating appointments. The water system company came to service the system, which meant moving everything out of the path from the basement door to the system so that they could bring in/take away equipment and supplies for it, and then (due to the weather) moving everything back inside. Obamacare had to be finalized, which meant getting some idea what our estimated 2020 income will be without knowing whether Br. Myrddin will be promoted, or whether/when he will actually get the increases he was promised for the training he completed, which meant spending hours on the phone calling people repeatedly to try to get answers. (If you change your income estimate during the year, Obamacare recalculates it based on the next highest income bracket, rather than your new estimate --even if the change you are reporting is that you are no longer employed...) B. and L. also chose that day to keep calling with "favours" they needed done immediately. Although we politely refused, the phone calls also slowed down the whole process, causing us to miss callbacks for which we were waiting, etc.
Okay, so normal so far.
While this was happening, we were also cooking the Samhain feast, which I hoped to do before chat, so as not to be going straight to bed in full stomachs. However, I forgot how widely our oven cooking times vary from one day to the next, so naturally everything ran a couple of hours behind schedule. Due to budget constraints imposed by being behind from 6 weeks without a full paycheck, we combined our Samhain/Midwinter shopping, and opted for whatever we could find a deal on that was even remotely appropriate --in this case, roast ham (which was being offered cheaper than turkey, though I don't know why!) with home-made scalloped potatoes and green beans sautéed in lemon butter.
In addition, it hadn't dawned on me that, given that Myrddin's brother only just passed, we needed to take extra time over dinner with the departed. Given the number of people who have passed over the last several years, we had quite a full Samhain table. We spent a lot of time recounting stories about each of them (grandparents, parents, siblings). Some of them were more clearly *present* than others. Brother's parents and siblings, and my father made very strong appearances; my mother and grandparents seemed more distant this year. By the time we finished and did the washing up, we only just had time to Immram before bed.
My personal message centred on continuing to work to clear physical constraints. With regard to my contribution to the group Shadow offering, I was told to "keep working towards balance, and to feed the hope; not the despair". I was then offered healing, which I accepted, blessed by the Lady and Her Consort, and sent home "to dream".
Br. Myrddin was too exhausted to Immram; he kept falling asleep, so I put him to bed. He is hoping to complete his Immram before Sunday.

Summary of the Imbolc ritual/immramm March 9/2020
My guides met me on the starting mound and I explained my purpose, to ask Briga for assistance with the white rose issues both in the personal and group contexts. We set out with the meadow being green and lush with white and yellow flowers. At the woodland altar I surprisingly released a small black snake on to the altar which promptly wriggled off and into the woods. The woods were very tall with no light penetrating the canopy which seemed almost out of sight overhead. The path was, however, visible as were the bases of the huge trees, the light seeming to emanate from the ground. The stream flowed briskly and I observed a deer standing along the opposite bank. We crossed the stream and proceeded uneventfully to the shore. My Avalon guide arrived quickly upon calling and tokens were satisfactorily exchanged. The journey across the water was smooth and quiet, not a ripple. The mist was dense and Avalon could only be seen once my guide parted it. Avalon was bathed in evening glow, no people present. We proceeded up the tor in the spiral manner arriving at the summit and passing between the stones which were mottled black and grey. Briga appeared as a tall female with long thick blondish hair, gray long gown, robe appearing to be of wool perhaps. I asked her assistance in understanding and dealing with the white rose issues and her response seemed very positive. I thanked her after I felt that we had achieved all that we could at the moment and my guide and I proceeded down the tor by the same route and boarded the barge once again. The journey back was uneventful, night had fallen and otherwise was the same as before. As we have discussed, Avalon seemed very quiet and low energy, a bit like the way the weather gets before a storm, waiting. We also discussed that during the immramm, my ritual circle was visited by a black spider which trotted around in a jerky spiral counterclockwise until it reached the centre where it stayed for a while before moving off again and eventually exiting the circle.
